About Me
Kathleen Lo Cascio
Kathleen Lo Cascio is a dedicated special education advocate, educator, and leader with over 25 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs and their families.
Her career began as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, where she worked closely with young children and families to build strong communication, literacy, and learning foundations. Over the years, Kathleen expanded her impact through roles as a special educator, educational consultant, early intervention specialist, and instructional coach.
Kathleen has also served in multiple leadership positions, including Principal, Program Administrator, and Executive Director, giving her a deep understanding of how school systems operate—from the classroom to district-level decision-making.

Kathleen holds advanced degrees in special education and educational leadership, including:
- Master of Arts in Supervision and Administration
- Master of Education in Special Education, Literacy, and Language Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders
She is certified in:
